How long does verification take?
Most verification requests are processed within 24 hours. We send a verification code to your work email address. Once you confirm, your profile is immediately activated and you can start managing it. In rare cases, additional verification steps may take up to 48 hours.
What if I can't use a company email?
If you don't have a company email address, we can verify your identity through alternative methods. Contact our support team and we can arrange phone verification, business registration document review, or other proof of association with the company.
Can multiple people manage one profile?
Yes. Once a profile is claimed, the primary account holder can invite additional team members to manage the company profile. Each team member will need their own verified email address. The primary account holder retains full admin permissions including the ability to add or remove team members.
